HAND MADE
All my bags are hand made by me Eleith, one at a time with great care and attention to the smallest detail. Because of this unique process no two bags or the placement of the fabric is exactly the same but be assured that the quality will be the same.
PRODUCT COLORS
Color settings on computer monitors varies. This can affect how colors appear on your screen. All images of my bags are accurately portrayed but due to individual monitor setting, it may not appear 100% identical to the colors on the product you receive.
PAYMENT
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to mine using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from e.l. menns. If you already have a PayPal account you may use it. You may also use any of your credit cards to purchase through PayPal.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS)with delivery confirmation as soon as payment is received. The shipping rate on product(s)you purchased is calculated based on weight and real-time shipping rates. An email will be sent to you when your item is shipped. I will be happy to combine multiple items for shipping.
For my International customers, I will be happy to ship to any country that is authorized to accept PayPal as payment. Also, your particular country may add additional tax and/or tariffs to your purchase(s). If there is such a fee then it would be your responsibility.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I do accept returns under limited circumstances. Please use the Contact Page to convey any question(s) you may have, my goal is to make you happy with your purchase(s). If an item must be returned it should be done within 7 days of receipt. It should not be used and be in the original condition with tags in place. Refunds will be given minus PayPal fees, you are also responsible for any return shipping. All return items must be shipped with a tracking number. Sale and Custom made bags are FINAL SALE items and not returnable.
PRIVACY
Your name, address and email is for shipping purposes only and will always remain private. PayPal processes your credit card information, therefore, I have no access to your personal information. Please shop with confidence, your information is secure.
